Jump Bible vs. Off-Season Manual

Price not being an issue, I am contemplating whether to get Kelly Bagget’s Vertical Jump Bible or Eric Cresseys’s Ultimate Off-season training manual. Im 15, going into my sophmore year in high school. I play football, hockey, and lacrosse. Ive lifted for about a year now but have trained with bodyweight exercises for the last 4 years.

if price isn’t an issue, get both.

For what you’re doing, I would recommend Eric Cressey’s Ultimate Off-Season Manual.

Getting your overall strength and conditioning up will affect your jumping ability as well. Once you stagnate (probably years from now), you may want to invest in the Jump Bible.
