Journey to the Unknown

#1

I used to be an athlete, then I became a powerlifter. I got injured and switched to bodybuilding. I know where I've been but I'm not quite sure where I'm going. This is my journey into the unknown.

I crapped out a bit on inclines. I wanted 5 to 6. This isn't a bad number for the 1's week though. Shrugs were insane. I'm going to stick with this lower volume work for a while.

Benching was great today. The top set was very easy and felt pain-free. This is surprising because I think I've lost weight recently. I really needed a good session today just because of how messed up my head has been lately and this helped with that.

I am making progress on incline, getting more reps on the top set as well as the ramp sets. Top sets on laterals were a bit sloppy. Pretty good day. I had Braum's for lunch today for the first time ever, that was pretty good as well.

'Journey to the Unknown' wasn't a veiled reference to turning gay but that seems to be what's happening to this log...because damn, that video makes too much sense to me

Barbell RDL's:

40 X 15
110 X 2 X 10

Overhead Rope Extensions:

70 X 22

I was up until 3:30 Friday morning studying for an Organic Chemistry quiz. I aced the quiz but was way too exhausted to train legs. I pushed it back to today and mashed it together with triceps. Bar was misloaded on the top set of RDL's. It was supposed to be 335 but one side was missing a 10. Tricep work was sore. Bench dips hurt my right AC joint a bit but destroy my triceps in a completely unique way.
