Joocy Journey (4th Cycle)


Greetings gentlmens, im new here and i really need your help with my 4th cycle, ill try to describe it.

Stats

  • 23 y.o. 182cm, 85kg
  • 4 years of training
  • 3500-4000 kcal diet
  • 5 day / week hard training

Cycle Histrory

  1. test E 300mg for 15 weeks
  2. test E 500mg for 12 weeks + dbol 40mg as a kickstarter for 5 weeks
  3. sust 500mg + deca 200mg for 12 weeks

Incoming cycle (15 weeks cycle with 2 stages, 1-9 bulking, 10-15 lean mass gains, may be cutting a bit)

1-9 test P 150 EoD
1-7 NPP 150 EoD
2-6 dbol 50mg/day
10-15 test P 75 EoD (if test to tren ratio will be ok, and ill get no sides, may be ill reduce test even to 50 EoD)
10-15 tren A 50/day (350/week)
1-16 Adex 0.5mg EoD (or may be E3d ?)
1-16 Caber 0.25 E3D prior to sleep
2-10 HCG 500IU / 2x week

Standart PCT protocol with clomid, test boosters, vitamins and etc

Diet plan

  1. oats, 5 egg whites, nuts, apple, fish oil
  2. 30g protein, peanut butter sandwich, bananas
  3. 50g protein + 50g oats
    Intra workout shake (2scoops xtend + 10g glutamine)
  4. 4IU slin than 45g protein + 60g carbs
  5. brown rice + chicken/fish + veggies + fish oil
  6. 8 egg whites + 250g cottage cheese + 60g oats (panckakes)
  7. 1 scoop of casein
    1 gallon of water thro the day

Bulking and cutting in the same cycle is a hard thing to master, hope it works out for you. What are your goals as far as weight gain out of this cycle once its over?

yeah, i totally agree with you, initially i wanted to do 2 cycles with this gear (test/npp/dbol) take 2 months off and go with tren, but unfortunately because of my work i combine it, so ill finish in June. My goals ? Weight near 220lbs 10-11BF, thats all, than ill try myself in grappling :slight_smile:
