Lately I have been experiencing lot of pain in my elbows and knees, especially in lower knee area when ever I m going over 430 in my squat which is 90% of 1RM. I have been off the cycle for last 2 months at that time pain was barely noticeable. Now it?s aggravated a bit. I am just wondering what might be the solution to this problem

Listen to your body, rest. If the pain is real bad see a sportsdoc.
