Pulled 210kg/460lbs today, tried 220kg/485lbs and failed to rip it from the floor
I got 475 and went for 500. I think I wimped out, I may have at least gotten it to my knees if I had committed to it. I got a push pull meet next week though, 5 plates WILL FALL
In. Hit 450 today, not proud of form. 170 BE
I pulled 500 from 2-3 inches of mats a while ago so i’m hoping I can do it from the floor now
