ive seen a lot of other posts like this but none for 315. right now my numbers are 330/250/460 at age 18 and a 220 BW and ive been lifting for about 6 1/2 months. my bench has always been a weak point so i wanted to make this post for any body who is willing to join the quest for a 315 bench and log their progress and info. for ex. numbers, age, bw, how many years youve been lifting etc. i'll also be logging my progress too. good luck guys.

32, 205lbs at 5'9", been lifting for 2.5 years, current best is 285. My goal was to hit 315 by Jan 1, but I also needed to drop some weight, so that kinda stalled my progress.
30, 210 lbs at 6'2", lifting for 1 year, current best 265/meet, 275/gym.
Why isn't this in the powerlifting forum?
18, 160 at 5'9, lifting for 1 year and currently my best is 250
Sounds like a good goal to achieve by the end of 2011 for me.
19 yrs old, 6'3", 195. Lifting for 7 months. Max bench @ 245

19 yrs old, 185, 5'9" (I'm being generous) Best is 275x1. Lifting consistently for around a year and a half
16 years old, 176 pounds, max bench (when I was 188) 286 (130 kgs), but now it is prolly down to 242... 9 weeks of no weights = bad idea.

I'm trying 5 sets with 45-60 second rest of 205, see if that'll bump me up a little.
Recently ive been doing 5x5 and have been increasing weight pretty steadily.
