Pretty cool training video; the dumbell rows were definitely heavy.
There was some acting going on though… that deadlift was only 585 lbs and both guys are (or should be) capable of pulling much more. The farmers shrugs were impressive for Johnnie if he was not strapped in - 265 lbs for a decent amount of time under tension is good for someone who probably does zero grip work. It looked like he did have some kind of straps on his wrists though so he was most likely using them.
