You wrote in a post that when having a carb+protein breakfast on the Massive Eating plan, it’s not such a big deal to include fat. My question is… why? After a +8 hour fast, carbs in the liver (mostly empty from the night) while fatty acids are in the blood at the same time can’t be a very good combination.
BTW, I’m not fishing for an excuse to eat doughnuts in the morning, but I’d like to take my EFAs as early as possible. Intuitively, it doesn’t seem like this is a good idea. That the intake of good fats with carbs would promote fat gain. Could you set me straight? Brian
