I’ve been out of the country for a while and havent had access to my weekly t-mag hookup. i dont know how i got by!!! so this weekend, i finally took some time to read up on many of the articles that i missed. i just read berardi’s ‘creation of a t-man’ and am very intrigued by the metabolic day. i really like the idea of going into the gym and not having my routine dictated by principles, tempos, etc. i was curious, has anybody out there actually tried this metabolic day and what are your thoughts?? thanks!
