Im sitting here on a late night and reading some of your articles and came across an old favorite called “The Creations of a T-man.” Though Im a boxer and follow Coach D’s Renegade workouts, I remember reading this article with tons of curiosity and excitement.
So, since then has your approach changed? I enjoy your work JB and would love to hear about whether your philosophy stands or if it’s changed a tad bit since then? Oh, the Maintance that everyone seems to think is too high, has worked great for me not only at keeping fight weight consistent but also at keeping me satisfied with food.
