Jogging with a Weighted Pack

Your knees will pay the price if you run with a weighted vest or pack in time. If you want a heart stopping workout just wear a vest/pack, find a grassy slop and climb. or if you’re up to it run up but never down.

Find a high school with bleachers…climb the step.

Get or build a sled.

You’re young, run with weight and you’ll pay for it when you’re older.

Oneshot.

Appreciate the advice. I’m just a small bastard, and I’m looking to put on some lean muscle with what I have, and bodybuilding physiques aren’t really cut out in military, unless you’re marine haha. I live in a pretty mountainous region though, but they’re far away to be walking to, then climbing up.
At 21 though, I even feel pretty old. Hell, after waking up today just from walking to and from the kitchen, I heard like 4 bones crack in my knee, and back, and probably elbow. I’m just telling myself it’s my body’s way of getting used to being fit again.
