Deadlift : 365
Box Squat: 335
Squat: 315x1 295x5
Bench : 185
Deadlift : 405 (I can probably get this in a couple of weeks)
Box Squat: 405 (I’m going to try to hit this by September)
Bench : 225 (I want to get this by September or earlier)
Any help or input would be appreciated.
