JMB or other expert

simple question: i am going to be doing a mourning cardio with extreme intensity. then later in the afternoon i will do a extreme intense weight training session followed by another extreme cardio session. should i have a post workout shake for my mourning training and my afternoon training or just after my afternoon session?

Be sure to get plenty of salt and water to replenish your tears.

You should have a pre-workout shake in morning and post… then you should have another one 1/2hour before your afternoon workout and after… Rembember you are training high intensity you are loosing a lot of vitamines and minerals… so you need to replace them…
Also to save money have meal after the afternoon workout instead of the shake…

2 of these type of cardio sessions daily is too much. 2 or 3 of these sessions weakly is sufficient.
