I have a nagging sports injury and was looking up on Overhead Pressing and found this article https://www.t-nation.com/training/shoulder-shocker from Joe DeFranco about bagging the overhead press and work around the press for a time bomb shoulder shocker. How would Jim go about this advice?
Do what doesn't hurt.
Get a PT to look at it.
PR's mean nothing if you are hurt, get better.
Jim is not your conscience. Get better.
