Jim's 2 Day a Week - 1 Heavy/1 Light. Main Lift Percentage?

I thought I saw a post somewhere Jim sharing a 2 day a week program that was set up something like this:

Week 1
Squat 5/3/1
Bench - Light

Dead lift - Light
Press 5/3/1

Week 2
Squat - Light
Bench - 5/3/1

Dead lift - 5/3/1 Light
Press - Light

I can not find the post and can not remember the percentages and reps for the light days.

Can anyone help me out?


Just pick one of the supplemental variations in the Forever book - base it on programming/training needs.
