“Dry” stretchy and thick looking skin. The “dry” and grainy effect can be a result of the drug used, female users tend to use non-aromatizing drugs like Anavar or Winstrol that happen to have those effects.
Oily skin can also be a side. And acne.
In men this is usually less pronounced than in women.
Just google an female IFBB pro and you know exactly what I’m talking about.
But I won’t go as far as saying those sides are permanent.
