Today’s workout was by far the toughest of all the workout since the start of this program. Those sets of 15 reps of squat are awfull (even with this baby weight…)
BUT I have to say that I really love this adapted version of the program, frequent workout, sets to failure/near failure, short(ish) workout (1h max), and easilly adaptable. And I’m pretty sure I’m gaining some muscle haha
The only thing I miss is the variety in the leg exercise, but that’s just because I train at home. It would be awesome with Leg Press, Hack Squat, seated leg Curl, adductor machine etc… So i’m sticking with all the basics, Squat, front Squat, RDL.
I’m really looking forward the next 3 weeks where you scale back to 3 sets per exercise, with 3min rest, and all the rep range lowered by 2 reps.

On a personnal note, my girlfriend has been pregnant for 3 months and we had the ultrasound today and everything is fine :slight_smile:
