Can someone help me out and either describe or point the way to a link for a description of Jerk Recoveries (otherwise known as Overhead Supports). Have scoured the web etc, its a new one to me. Any help is appreciated.
As an Olympic Weightlifting Coach can I suggest this.
Get the racks or the pins in position as if you were in the split legged position with the arms above locked out.
Get set under the bar in this position and recover with the weight as if you would have if you had just done the jerk.
