First off, I already know my diet is garbage and I need to make a serious lifestyle change in terms of what I put into my body, in order to start down the path of true potential. I am working on it. The purpose of this log is to keep track of the supplements I'm currently taking and research and discuss improvements.
I will do further descriptions of calories, protein, carbs, etc... at a later date.

Unfortunately I am currently only eating one solid meal, for dinner, and it's usually something that completely offsets any type of caloric deficit I've gained throughout the day. I could make an excuse and say the adderral makes me sick at the thought of food. It is a necessary and lesser of two evils that I have to take in order to be a productive member of society. I've been taking it for 4 years now.
Preparing food ahead of time and forcing myself to eat small frequent meals is my goal. It requires a high level of discipline and I want to make this happen, therefore I must.
