Has anybody tried his FAT BURNING DIET?

I have his book. The recipes are pretty much along the lines of what JB would recommend. However, they are much more simple (and tasteless).

It’s basically a moderate protein diet with green veggies and no starchy carbs and such. Similar to T-dawg.
