Jay Cutler Seminar

#1

This is from Jay's DVD "From Jay to Z",

The seminar starts at 4:00 in part 2, and ends at the end of part 5

I know a lot of people say Jay has no charmisa etc. But I thought that these few clips were excellent.

It really lets you see the perspective of a serious bodybuilder and what it takes to succeed when it comes to getting big enough to turn heads.

I think most people could do with watching this, it really shifts your perspective from analysing every little detail, and allows you to focus on whats important.

But for those who do like to just go over every unnecassery detail - Jay talks about how to train, suprisingly, it's nothing that hasn't been said before. I'd rather listen to a 3x Mr. Olympia opposed to a few internet coaches though, but thats me.

Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Wb93rFQmAE (seminar starts at 4:00)
Part 3: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oyUjigOTlf8
Part 4: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_glYYSnqwg
Part 5: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g25iJHaTSZ8

He takes a little while to get warmed up, but I think a lot of guys on here would enjoy listening to it.

Pretty cool stuff. I have From Jay to Z on my computer and I’ve watched it several times.

People on this board love to talk about how Jay has no personality, charisma, etc… but what I found interesting was a recent discussion over at the other site, which had a bunch of people who actually know him chiming in and saying, “if you actually knew the guy, you wouldn’t be saying that, at all.”

How does that change anything?

Someone may be fucking hysterical in private when speaking to their stuffed animals and still a dry log in public. Guess which one matters most if you are a celebrity?

Well, I said I found it interesting, is all. And this seminar seemed to reflect that opinion.

I always liked Jay, Ive watched a few training vids and tbh, noone is that charismatic apart from Arnold and maybe Shaun Ray that Ive seen.

Jays just a regular guy, hes not a comedian or showman, just a bodybuilder
