I have never heard of these until I just read Thib's new article. After seeing this I did some research on the guy and came across his website. I found a couple of workout programs I guess he originally put in muscle and fitness called Big Fun and Power Thrash. I saw the workouts on his website and was wondering if anyone has ever tried them. It looks pretty brutal.
If anyone has done the complexes I would like to hear your opinions and results with them.
