Javelin Press Technique

Hey CT,

I was trying the Javelin Press which I believe you championed in an article some time back and with an Olympic bar it is very challenging!

One question I had was that are you supposed to keep the bar completely straight as in a neutral grip or is it ok for the bar to slightly flair out slight which makes it a little easier?

This exercise really highlights the imbalance in shoulder strength because I can hit 8-10 reps no problem with my left side but can barely do 3 reps in good form with my right!
