Javelin Press and Trap Bar Military Press

Curious if anyone does these and thoughts on if they may hit the side delt more. After seeing James Harrison doing javelin presses with 135lbs , i thought i’d give them a try. Although awkward as hell at first, they started to feel really good and i got a great pump in my shoulders and traps. Not to mention the core. I’ve also used just the trap bar for military presses a couple of times as a finisher and was wondering if maybe i’m hitting the side delt more. I absolutely hate side laterals etc .

I have a rackable trapbar that I sometimes use for OHP but I just don’t like it. For me, I feel like it is a injury in the making as it pushes my flexibility. You can also knock your teeth out with it if you aren’t careful.
