3(PreWO): apple + 2scoops casien
*Lift then 30min stairmaster

5: 7oz lean steak + 4oz white rice
6: 7oz chicken + 1C brown rice
7: 1C cottage cheese + 1 scoop casein blended

Been using ephedrine HCL 25mg 200mg Caffeine throughout these 5 weeks. I will update again Feb20th
March 27: Diet is the same, which is listed below. I just upped my cardio (stairmaster) to burn 1,000 calories in 1 hour. Cardio is directly after weights. Started T3 today.
