Hey all, Im interested in teaching english in Japan but dont know where to even begin. I know a whole lot of T-folk have actually done this, or are currently living in Japan so I thought it wouldnt hurt to ask. Any organizations you would recommend or avoid? Thanks.
I taught in Osaka for a year, it was awesome. I’d stay away from geos, nova, etc.
Try to get in with the JET program or a similar program.
Osaka rules, but Tokyo is the shit.
Although, I hear the JET program is no longer in Tokyo.
I spend 1 month in Thailand, 3 weeks in Hawaii, so vacation time is sweet.
