Agreed.

At least she locks her reps out. hahaha. Sorry, after the other thread, I couldn’t resist.

That is very impressive at her bodyweight. I hate pulling reps.

I like how she struggled with the last rep, and yet kept her form.

Great vid.

Your lifts are looking better (the first one), but it seems like your attitude still sucks.

What’s wrong with the last two videos?

Why does my attitude suck?

Hell Yeah.

For you guys who seem to know - just curious, how old is she? Seems that with women even more than men it takes a number of training years to get rediculously strong like that.

Faraone made that look easy. Cool vid.

Nice job!

I don’t know how much you weigh. But those weights look impressive for your size.

Are you wearing a DL suit in that video?

I did a quick Google search on her and found a couple cool bench pics:

I don’t know how long ago this was, but at 123lbs, a 270lb bench is pretty impressive too.

I wear an IPF Metal Squatter suit.

Hey DW,

Let me preface by saying that your lifts are looking quite good respective to BW. You’ve certainly made some progress.

You don’t seem like a bad guy and you’ve got great determination although you may be a bit headstrong at times, although this is not uncharacteristic of very determined people.

But, the reason that many people seem to think that your attitude sucks is the following; you deny advice from lifters with much more experience than yourself.
While your numbers are currently looking good, most people would agree that you should lower the weights that you are using and concentrate on form.

It is not necessary for you to stray far away from good form in order to make progress, as many thousands of lifters have shown. It has worked for you thus far, but someday, if you keep pushing the weights, your likely to injure yourself. Noone wants to sabatoge you, people are trying to look out for your best interests. So, whats your cause for resistance?

In terms of the lifts, the most glaring problem I can generally see with your form tends to be your back rounding over as opposed to keeping a tight arch. In the good mornings your back seems to be rounding as well as many of the deadlift videos I’ve seen of you. Also, the goodmornings that your doing are more goodmorning squats, which is not really a problem (if your doing them correctly. The difference is that there is a bit more leg bend, thus allowing the lifter to use more weight. It’s like the difference btw a SLD and a regular DL. You can see both here goodmorning variations here.

And you can’t see from your post why people would think you have a bad attitude? I wrote you a lengthly reply that is in no way insulting and actually compliments for improved form and you reply with a video link. The video shows your progression of form from absolute shit to pretty good.

This still doesn’t change the fact that you are doing your goodmorning squats with a rounded back and still attemping hitched reps on DL.

And, unless I missed something, you never apologized to those people on here who tried to help you out whose advice you shot down for a long period of time.

Thank you for responding to my post with the same graciousness that I responded to yours.
