How effective/ineffective is a dip in the jacuzzi after an intense workout? I’m leery of diving in because of how much it looses you up and it SEEMS like it would in some way diminish some of the work I put in.
I’m doing a split right now and need lots of time and patience with my shoulders in particular. Sometimes the cuzzi just feels oh so nice on 'em (I can hear my chiro saying “But you need to ice them dammit!” in the background).
