Thanks
I remember watching him on tv when I was a kid. I’d mimick his exercises and then go and beat my brother up, to much sugar. The man is amazing, I can only hope!
I, too, watched him as a kid. He’s done some amazing feats at advanced ages. Some time ago I read a Playboy interview where ol’ Jack was really candid. He sounded like a much younger man and obviously still maintained a strong libido! I wouldn’t doubt if he has no need for Viagra!

“I don’t eat anything made by man”. That’s a great quote.
LaLanne’s prescription for success:
Willpower. And I was in shape. I had endurance and strength. On one of my birthdays I did a thousand chins and a thousand push-ups. My next birthday, I’m going to tow my wife across the bathtub.
Willpower.
93 and still pressing on. Great story.
Dying is easy. You’ve got to work at living!
