I can eat chicken breast by tbe bucketload but thighs just taste disgusting to me. Yeah im very fussy . I dont even like tomato sauce :joy:

Notes:

  • Iffy technique on the Jokers, but still passable IMO. Will post video for a form check
  • The FSL and assistance work was way easier than I expected, especially considering my shitty nutrition and sleep over the weekend

Nice squat. You’re pretty close to two biscuits now. Wasn’t too long ago that I squatted 100kg and it felt pretty bad ass at the time.

Probably descend bit faster in the bottom third and get more bounce out the hole. Was discussed in the squat form check I posted

They look pretty OK. You’d probably benefit from a bit extra ab and lower back work. Try to avoid cranking your head back, although I’m getting the impression that something you do more with heavier weight so just something to be aware of more than anything. Also push your knees out hard, just to encourage a more vertical shin.

Yeah, usually I focus on keeping my head down but it gets hard with a heavier set

In my defense, FSL work is super light - like 60-70% of a 1RM - but yeah, that would be strange. :laughing:
