"I've Never Done a Set of '?' Reps"

Reps per set you have never done. + sets, AMRAP sets or sets where you failed to hit the prescribed number don’t count, ie. It has to be a predetermined number. Let’s cap this at 20 (even though plenty of us do very high rep sets)

Mine:

9, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19

Oh, bummer.

I used to do ladders of push ups from 20 to 1, so there are no numbers of reps less than 20 that I haven’t done on purpose.

Mine: 4, 9, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19.

My favorites are: 3, 5, 6, or 7 for upper body, 10, 15, or 20 for lower body.

I have a serious love for 20 rep squats and 15 rep RDLs.

7 and anything above 15.

I avoid finishing on 13 reps like the plague.
…If I feel like I am about to fail on rep 12 I will somehow summon the power of 10 tigers to hit 14 (and piss off elbow/knee/bum shoulder/ burst eye vessel in the process :sob: )
