I've been reading T-Nation's articles for quite some time and the forums as well.
Just felt the need to present myself out of politeness:
I've been a martial artist thoughout my younger days, praticing for over 11 years. Now at 29 and in the gym since I'm 20, I try to increase my strength and body weight to become a better fighter. Used a "bodybuilding" type of training since 4 years now, been from 140lbs to 165lbs at 5'6 and stopped praticing martial arts.
Getting more and more interested in the steroid world, but didn't jump in yet.
