So I'm on T-Nation every day and read about as much as I can take so I figure it's about time that I start logging my training on here as well. Been lifting for only about 2 years but I'm looking to get a lot stronger and somewhat bigger to be ready for the upcoming baseball season in the spring. I have some nagging injuries in my back and hips and I basically foam roll like it's a religion. Just trying to get stronger and healthier.
The last 4 weeks I've done Elliott Hulse's 'Mass Stacker' workout(I'll put my numbers up tom) from his Lean Hybrid Muscle program and the next 4 weeks I'll be doing his 'Super Strength Building' from the same Lean Hybrid Muscle program.
I'll add a little more along with the workout's
