It's Time...

So I'm on T-Nation every day and read about as much as I can take so I figure it's about time that I start logging my training on here as well. Been lifting for only about 2 years but I'm looking to get a lot stronger and somewhat bigger to be ready for the upcoming baseball season in the spring. I have some nagging injuries in my back and hips and I basically foam roll like it's a religion. Just trying to get stronger and healthier.

The last 4 weeks I've done Elliott Hulse's 'Mass Stacker' workout(I'll put my numbers up tom) from his Lean Hybrid Muscle program and the next 4 weeks I'll be doing his 'Super Strength Building' from the same Lean Hybrid Muscle program.

I'll add a little more along with the workout's

DB Bench Press 7 x 5
40 x 10 (warm-up)/ 60lbs with Fat Gripz for all 7 x 5

Circuit (5 times)
Chins ups- 10, 6, 5, 5, 4, mixed grips
seated rows- 70lbs x 15/ 70 x 15/ 80 x 15/ 80 x 15/ 80 x 15
front plate raises- 25lbs x 15/ 25 x 15/ 25 x 15/ 25 x 15/ 25 x 15
biceps curls- 15 x 15/ 10 x 15 / 10 x 15/ 10 x 15/ 10 x 15

reverse crunches 3 x 15

was aiming for 15 reps of each exercise set, haven't done chin-ups in a while, clearly need some work there

I think you should get on a better program man. look around the forums or just make one based on the core lifts.

Ya i did a 4 weeks basic program before and i should of repeated it, bit off more than I count chew here. I got one week left so I'm going to finish it out, then I'll be traveling for a bit so I'm going to stick to some bodyweight excercises then go back to the basics.

I don't currently have internet at my apt which is why I haven't posted but I'm going to get them up soon
