... to buy new supplements. I'm sticking with my animal pak because I like it a lot. But the main thing I am interested in changing is my protein, and my post workout supp. My post workout supp I am completely open too, as am I open to my protein. I have been using muscle milk the past couple of times because you can't beat the taste. basically, I want suggestions comparing supplements outside of this site to supplements on this site, such as Metabolic Drive and Grow! Let me know because it is time for some change.

For protein I've been using Healthy & fit nutritionals. It tastes very bland, it has no sweeteners except for stevia. But I like it.
