It ain’t that funny. Giving the benefit of the doubt, that person may be concentratting a lot on their diet.

Any resistance exercise beats none. Any reasonable attempt to eat well is better than most people’s diets. Not everyone wants to be hyooge, they just want to be healthy, which really doesn’t require moving heavy free weights, taking a bunch of supplements, etc.
