Well about 2 months ago I hurt my lower back going for my 5th rep with 405 on deadlifts. I didn't know when i was gonna be able to deadlift again.
Well last Monday I deadlifted again for the first time since hurting my lower back. Somehow i was able to hit 405 for 5, the same thing that hurt me. Yup yup thank for listening lol
It's amazing that when you're injured, everything just looks like crap. Then a fter you're back for a bit, you forget it ever happened and just tear it up -lol
What is amazing is that after injuring yourself, and a two month layoff, you would attempt the same weight....
