It Could Kill Me

So yesterday was my easy day in the gym since I had 2 classes last night, normal Krav then advanced. It was my first time doing the advanced class and I freaking loved it! It was more focused on actual fighting and not so much on cardio. Granted the regular classes aren’t just cardio, there is tons of sparing, rolling punching etc but the advanced class wasn’t as high paced. Good news is I held my own with some really quality guys going undefeated in 3 matches all 3 by submission. HOWEVER today I’m remembering that I’m 43 not 23, I’m sore as hell and since it’s chest day anyway screw it I’m skipping.
More than likely I’ll start doing chest day on Wednesday so that if I continue to feel beat up on Thursday I won’t miss out on much.

Back at it tomorrow with deadlifts.
