Issue with Needle

For a little background, I’ve been on TRT for over 6 years, and up until a couple of months ago, I’ve never experienced this issue.

3 times in the last couple of months, I’ve started injecting, and out of nowhere the syringe pops out of the needle, and the oil goes everywhere.

Is this an issue with faulty needles?

For reference, I’m using BD 1ml TB syringe, 25G x 5/8.

BD are good syringes (maybe the best). Don’t use a tuberculin slip tip syringe (tb) though. Use luer lock or better yet a slin pin.

This can occur when using small gauge needles and putting too much pressure on the plunger. Just press on it with a bit of pressure and give it time for the oil to get through the needle. Patience is require here.
