Hey, anybody know a good source to learn about isometrics for striations in muscles and to aid in ridding the body of excess water retention. Any sources or web sites would be great.

Wouldn’t isometrics for “striations” simply be lots of flexing?

As for water retention, isn’t that all diet?

actually they have a great deal to do w/ one another and yes isometrics are equal resistance and 0 movement.
