Isometric Dynamic

Does anyone have any experience with the isometric dynamic method. CT outlined it in his pendulum powerlifting article.I am using it for both my bench and rows 3-5 sets with 3-5 sec holds 2 inches off of chest for the bench and held against you for the cable row. I increase the weights used every couple of workouts but is there any advantage in increase the hold time.
How about the tempo contrast method 2 expolsive two slow reps at (6-0-4) and repeat for a total of 8 reps. Would it work better if you had two weights set up 65 lbs skull crusher explosive and 75 at the 6-04 tempo
