I’m doing CT’s HSS-100 (original) and I need help with the isolation exercises for the supersets. What are some good isolation exercises for back, quads, and hams?
I don’t know much about that program. That being said;
- Back isolation;
Straight-arm pulldowns, cross-bench pullovers with 1 dumbbell or one in each hand, straight bar or ez curl bar, machine pullover like Nautilus or other, newer machines.
- Quads isolation;
Leg extensions, sissy squats.
- Hamstring isolation;
Lying leg curls, standing leg culrs, seated leg curls.
Does that help?
I think front squats could count as quadriceps isolation exercises.

Nope.
Sissy squats however come much closer.
