Today I maxed on DL. I pulled 315 with speed and ease. Then I missed 365. Then I missed 335. I have been training Olympic for some time and the ground has always been my slowest, weakest point. I have worked out for singles on power clean (with good force generation) with 205 recently. Is Westside for me? Will training the PL-style DL benefit my Olys? I feel my power clean (I haven’t maxed full) shouldn’t be such a large percentage of my DL max.
