I was looking at the split routine you had keith Whitley on at the start of your program with him. For biceps you list barbell curl followed by db curl followed by negative chins.
My question is being I’m in a public gym the less equipment I need to set up the better. Therefore would doing a drop set on the barbell curls, adjusting the weight on the second set to get the 8-12 reps and then following with the negative chins be acceptable? And in other routines where there are two isolation exercises for a specific muscle could I employ the drop set strategy?
Yes, you could substitute drops sets in that situation.
