not exatcly that way, I’ll ask him to prescribe me the other drug as I read on multiple places that prosac can worsen my ED and there are SSRI of new generation with less side effects.

Before starting cabergoline I had total test of 13-15nmol/l, shbg of 28 and a lot of symptoms. With caber I raises both and gained almost no free t
My plan is to try with clomid cycle for a month and maybe some ssri along the way and see if my condition improves. If not, I’ll start trt as well, I see no other possibility.
Clomid ok, try low doses, but SSRI do not touch in any case…

Heed this warning @dreamz . I’m sharing my experience with certain medications. I’ve been on SSRIs and Vilazodone in the past. I found Vilazodone to have a far better side effect profile with respect to sexual function. Discuss it with your Dr. Weigh the potential risks and financial costs. Tho In my experience speaking with psychiatrists, many are moving away from prescribing ssri’s to younger men. The worsened sexual response can increase depression and anxiety.

I just got back from the visit, not satisfied at all. We talked for half an hour, regular questions of my childhood, family, girlfriend, fears. He concluded I’m perfectionist and oversensitive and all I need is to relax a bit and everything will be fine… He also agreed there are better drugs than fluoexetine available but he didn’t want to prescribe me any. He said if my symptoms do not withdraw in one month, he will consider some medication then.
No way in a million years they will withdraw by their own, of that i’m sure. I’m now sitting and thinking about continuing my therapy the other shrink gave me yesterday.
I also asked him specifically about fluoexetine and ED issues and he said it doesn’t happen in younger man, it only works to relax them.
Feck me if I know what to do now

Experiment with Cialis or Viagra with jerking off. If you get it hard, then temporarily use the pde5 before sex to regain confidence.
I would do this before clomid or trt. Do not try any lowering e2 supps.
You can also try arginine or citrulline if you can’t get your hands on Cialis or Viagra.

Not sure if placebo effect or something else, but last couple of days I’m getting regular nocturnal erections. Also, I had one awkward erection yesterday in the gym when I spoke with some (not so attractive) girl.
I’m currently on clomid 12.5 each other day and after consultations with my psychiatrist he agreed to put me on wellbutrin instead of fluoexetine. He also prescribed xanax as he thinks I’m quite anxious, but I’m not taking it for now.
One thing I wanted to ask you again, as you can see my prolactin levels are a bit elevated at 284 ( 53-360), I’v been thinking to add caber 0.25mg maybe twice a week to reduce prolactin levels. What do you guys think?
I would not even consider caber for prolactin inside the normal range
