Is This Why Trainers Have a Bad Rep?

On the interwebz anyone can claim to be a fitness expert.

Seems like some people think they’re the absolute shit, while what they have is a PT weekend course and a closet full of steroids.

lots of people at my gym do that paperclip. think they are learning it in ‘BodyPump’.

Bloody Les Mills… Making me feel embarrassed to be a Kiwi…

So… How much would they have to pay you to feature in one of these fitness videos?

C’mon. Sure everyone has their price.

I learned a valuable lesson that it’s important to lower my body as deep as I comfortably go and never hold my breath during any stage of this kind of exercise!!!

I’m pretty cheap! I put up embarrassing ‘what not to do’ videos for free even =P

me too debra lol. still, i reckon there is a difference between ‘am i doing it right?’ vids and ‘and this is how you are supposed to do it’ vids. especially when you know full well that that is not how you are supposed to do it at all.
