I am wondering if this is an okay way to schedule meals.
Meal 1 P+C+F
Meal 2 P+F
Meal 3 P+F
Meal 4 P+F
Workout Nutrition: P+C (Both Surges)
1 hour post: P+C (tuna and natural yogurt 1:1 ratio)
Meal 5 (2 hours past last meal) P+C
