IF you started as a skinny bastard, then the good news is you now have pecs, bad news is your body fat is on the higher side so your pecs look more like tits…and judging by the pose, you may be trying to hide a belly.

YOU’re carrying decent bodyfat and not nearly enough muscle to justify that.

Give us some stats: height, weight, lifts (beginning to now) and be honest.

Also put up some more pics - most muscular, front double bi, back -bi, legs. In this it looks like you’re trying a side -chest-cum-most-muscular-cum-whatever.

So anyway, you’re not ready for this forum yet. Move this to physique and performance and add more photos and provide diet, training and lifts. Good luck.

well even without a before shot im gonna say u didn’t make good progress for four months

no i have not done a cycle…since i’m only 20…and my height is 5’6 70 kgs and bodyfat is 18%…
my lifts are bench press 10 x 70 kg
squats 10 x 90 kg
dead lift 8 x 130 kg
i have been working out for a nearly 2 years but started following a proper diet and work out program only 4 months ago…
when i started my weight was 64 kg,5’5 and body fat 29%…
