Is This a Good AB Workout Plan?

alternative between workout A and B, going to gym about 3 days a week

WORKOUT A

front squat
pull up
dip OR DB bench OR DB incline (alternate)
misc: bi curls (maybe not necessary?), forearm work, medial delts

WORKOUT B

deadlift
row
dip OR DB bench OR DB incline (alternate)
misc: bi curls (maybe not necessary?), forearm work, medial delts

…also, cool if after workout i go to sauna, then pool?
