I am aiming to achieve the definition/leaness in the pic below, which I assume is 8%, so:
205 X.86 = 176.3 (My Weight @ 0%)
176.3X1.08= 190.4 (My weight @ 8%)
So if I lose 15b assuming I don't lose any muscle will I be a true 8% bf ? Or do you have to factor in other things.
I have been cutting successfully around a week lost about 2lb
