Long story short, I’m trying to loose fat and I love eating triscuits as a lower calorie snack. I didn’t realize it has BHT in the packaging. I’d hate to give it up. I eat a serving of them almost daily.

I would honestly be more concerned with the Omega-6 content and the residual pesticides in the wheat than the incredibly small amount of BHT. Personally, I avoid anything in that kind of packaging simply because the majority of it is unhealthy crap marketed as health food.
